Keep participants on campus

Make sure no one leaves for off-campus trips (no Kwik Trip runs!). Be visible and approachable, so participants see you as a friendly presence—not just security.

Escalate concerns immediately

If someone insists on leaving or a situation feels unsafe, contact the Leader or security right away. Do not attempt to physically block or restrain anyone.

Take quick notes of any issues

Record late buses, missing items, or student concerns to share with staff afterward.
