Objective: Support the smooth operation of the Preschool Showcase by assisting with event setup and takedown tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Set up tables, chairs, and display materials before the event.
- Arrange signage and decorations as directed.
- Assist organizations with booth setup if needed.
- Help take down tables, chairs, and displays after the event.
- Ensure the venue is clean and orderly post-event.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and move light to moderate objects (e.g., tables and chairs).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
Time Commitment: Saturday, January 25th from 9:00am-1:00pm 4 Hours
