Bus Drop-Off/Pick-Up Volunteer
Time: 8:30–10:30 AM or 10:15 AM–12:15 PM
Location: Riverland Community College – Enter through Door 7 (main entrance).
Note: A volunteer t-shirt will be provided to help you stand out and be easily recognized.
Volunteer Duties
- Arrive a few minutes early and wear your volunteer t-shirt.
- Hold the welcome sign
- Board each bus before students exit and greet students using the provided script, including door number information.
- Assist students with cinch sacks and belongings as needed.
- Direct bus drivers to the designated exit and parking area.
- Hold the departure sign
- Help organize students as they wait for their buses at the end of the event.
- Watch for students who may need assistance and report any concerns to the event coordinator.
