United Way of Mower County improves lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities.
We are currently seeking volunteers to assist with event setup. At 2:30pm, volunteers will convene at the United Way office to assist in loading food and personal care items onto United Way staff vehicles. Following this, volunteers will need to arrange their own transportation to the event location, Austin Country Club. Upon reaching the event venue, alongside United Way staff, volunteers will aid in unloading the food and personal care items. Please note that volunteers are not required to transport items; you are solely responsible for your transportation between the United Way office and the Country Club.

Requirements:

Having access to a car is necessary. It is required that volunteers are capable of driving themselves to and from the United Way office and the Country Club.

Be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds - we will use carts most of the time but some lifting is possible.
