Guardianship and/or Conservatorship
Guardianship:
The clientele that our dedicated Guardian’s serve has been assigned to Independent Management Service’s by the local court’s because their severe developmental disability or mental health disorder has rendered them unable or unwilling to make decisions for themselves in regards to legal, financial, and medical matters. Our Guardian’s always act in the client’s best interest and always try to partner with the client to best manage their affairs in a way that the client agrees with.
Conservatorship:
Our Conservator’s manage many of our client’s day to day financial matters. To name a few, but not all of the things they do, they balance check books, talk to Social Security and Disability on behalf of the client, and they assist clients with any questions or concerns they have regarding their financial situation by partnering with the Guardian.
