Who We Are
We are healthcare volunteers and employees who believe we can make a difference in a patient's quality of life as they approach end of life. Our Heartland Hospice mission as volunteers and employees is to enrich every life we encounter: our employees and volunteers, our patients and those who love and care for them, the communities in which we serve, and those who we can support in their loss of a loved one. Together as Volunteers and Employees serving on our Hospice Team: Our purpose is to serve. Our priority is to grow in service. Our commitment is to lead in caring, compassion and Best Practice for all our patients' end of life Comfort Care needs.
What We Do
We serve our patients in their homes and/or residential care facilities where they are receiving Quality of Life comfort care by Heartland Hospice.
