On November 6th, the Salvation Army, in partnership with the Hometown Food Security Project, will be doing a pop-up food distribution at the LeRoy Community Center. This volunteer opportunity will be to help the Salvation Army team by volunteering to load the trunk of your car with food items, and driving these to do a pop-up food distribution.
Please note that participants must be able to drive their own vehicle. Mileage reimbursement will be offered.
Meet at the Salvation Army
- Drive to the LeRoy Community Center: 204 W. Main Street; LeRoy, MN 55951
- Drop off any leftover product to the Salvation Army
The Hometown Food Security Project is a collective impact effort addressing the issues of hunger and food insecurity in Mower County, Minnesota.
