The 9/11 Heroes Run 5K is in need of volunteers for the 2025 race!
What: Volunteers are needed to hand out event materials, keep everyone going in the right direction and help with other general event needs.
Event information: The 9/11 Heroes Run 5K will start at 8:30 a.m. CT on Saturday, Sept. 13 at the SPAM® Museum (101 3rd Ave NE) in Austin, Minn.

REGISTRATION IS NOT ON GET CONNECTED. Don't register on Get Connected. You must register using the link below and follow the steps provided. Volunteering is free, and you'll receive a free shirt for participating!

Instructions: Click above to register to the external site, not on Get Connected.

Once you are in the registration page from the link above, click "Volunteer Sing Up $0" button to start your volunteer registration.

Note: There are three options to choose from. Click Sign Up under 2025 Volunteer Shirt Volunteer $0. There is no cost to volunteer. If you are under 18, you will need to add your parents name so that its okay for you to volunteer
It will list out how many spots are open, click " Volunteer" to continue.
Select your age bracket.
If you are a minor, you will need to add your parents name.
Fill in the Basic Info details. Include your name, address, password.
Scroll down to Waiver and click on the box. Select "Continue" to move to the next page.
Under Volunteer Questions, select your t-shirt size.
Answer if you are volunteering with an organization, if not, click No and leave blank.
Your details will be listed under Please Verify Your information. Make sure all of your details are correct and click " Confirm Volunteer Registrations".
