Help deliver food totes to local Austin schools so students can have food for the weekend. This is for delivering totes, not packing food.
You have three shift options to choose from: 3:45 PM, 4:00 PM, 4:15 PM
What to Expect:
- Arrive at your selected shift.
- Pick-up: Start at Austin Aspires, 318 N Main St.
- Delivery: You’ll be assigned a school with instructions and contact numbers.
- Vehicle Space: Must fit 3–4 totes (23" x 17 ¼" x 16 ⅝").
- Drop-off: Deliver totes to the school janitor.
- Time: About 30 minutes per delivery.
Requirements:
- Car, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
- Only the driver earns volunteer credit (not passengers) unless a parent is doing the driving then the student can get credit.
- United Way is not liable for accidents.
