Wellness Without Limits is a fun, five-day adaptive sports program for children and young adults with disabilities (ages 6–22) where participants can stay active, make new friends, and try a different sport each day! Throughout the week, participants will explore basketball (Monday), soccer (Tuesday), flag football (Wednesday), volleyball (Thursday), and track & field (Friday) through inclusive games and activities that are adapted to meet each individual's needs and abilities.
Volunteers will help create a welcoming, supportive environment by encouraging participants, assisting with activities, and helping ensure everyone has a positive and successful experience. No prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is required—just a positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to help!
