Floater/Hallway Monitor Volunteer
Time: 8:30–10:30 AM or 10:15 AM–12:15 PM
Location: Riverland Community College – East Campus and West Campus hallways, exterior spaces, lawn areas, and parking lots where business and industry partners are located.
Note: A volunteer t-shirt will be provided to help you stand out and be easily recognized.
Volunteer Duties
- Continuously walk through hallways, rooms, and exterior areas to provide support where needed.
- Check in with Cluster Liaisons, clusters, hospitality rooms, bus drop-off/pick-up areas, and other event locations.
- Periodically check bathrooms and report any concerns.
- Encourage students to explore nearby activities and engage with business and industry partners.
- Provide coverage and step in for volunteers who need a break.
- Assist with general event flow and help address questions or needs as they arise.
