Morning of Set-Up
Time: 7:30am-9:00am
Location: Riverland Community College East Campus Door E7, park in main parking lot.
Note: A volunteer t-shirt will be provided to help you stand out and be easily recognized.
Volunteer Duties
- Assist with setting up yard signs, water stations, hospitality rooms, and outdoor flags.
- Welcome and assist business and industry partners with transporting supplies to their assigned locations.
- Help industry partners get settled and set up their exhibit spaces.
- Remind business and industry partners to check in at the Event Help Desk upon arrival.
- Support event staff with additional set-up tasks as needed to ensure everything is ready before participants arrive.
