Join us for an interactive evening designed specifically for preschool staff, bus aides, daycare providers, and other early childhood professionals!
Dinner will be provided. The Purpose Pathways provides training, coaching and professional support to help nonprofit and community organizations strengthen their impact. All services are provided free of charge.
During the emotional resiliency portion of the training, participants will:
- Recognize their own triggers and stress responses
- Reframe how they interpret challenging behavior
- Learn strategies for responding calmly and intentionally
- Build stronger, more respectful relationships with children
- Create a hands-on resilience toolkit to take back to work
- Leave with practical strategies you can use right away

4:30 PM – Emotional Resiliency Training with Angie Ellsworth
5:30 PM – First Aid Skills (non-certified)
5:45 PM – CPR Training (certification available)

About the Facilitator
Angie Ellsworth, MS, LSW, LSC, is the Founder and Executive Director of Timeout Behavior Coaching, LLC, where she and her team train and coach parents and teachers in evidence-based positive behavior strategies to create a more calm and respectful environment and build healthier relationships. As a wife, parent of three, and with nearly 30 years of experience as a social worker, school counselor, and behavior coach, Angie understands the challenges happening in the trenches. It is an honor for her to now walk beside caring adults as their coach and support them in more meaningful and transformational ways.
First Aid & CPR Training
Mower County Health & Human Services will provide hands-on First Aid and CPR skills training following the emotional resiliency session.
First Aid skills training will be non-certified
CPR certification will be available
