Four people are needed to run a Scouting Program in the Austin Public Schools after school program or lunch program during the school year (September-May).
Salary:
$11-$15 per hour for 6-8 hours per week (2 days a week)
Duties:
Implement a Cub Scout program for 1st-4th Boys and Girls
Dates/times that you would need to be available are flexible, but would occur over the lunch hour or after school depending on what works best for the school and individuals hired during the school year.
Qualifications:
- Implement the program each week at each school served
- Must be at least 18 years of age (prefer over 21)
- Must take BSA youth protection training and den leader specific training (on-line)
- Must register with the Boy Scouts of America
- Must be organized and be able to work with elementary school aged youth.
- Must have the ability to get yourself to the appropriate schools
Will occur at Neveln, Sumner, and Banfield Elementary
