Volunteers will help serve lunch on Saturday, April 30th to help celebrate the 13th annual Kay Htoe Boe celebration event!
What is the Kay Htoe Boe event?
Kay Htoe Boe is an ancient tradition that passed down to us from our ancestors many years ago. For those of you who are not familiar with “Karenni”, we are one of the ethnic groups from a small country which is located in SouthEast Asia called Burma (Myanmar). There will be a ceremony which includes a performance that displays a beautiful Karenni culture, followed by food, and a sports tournament.
ALL volunteers are needed and welcomed! Come volunteer and participate in this fun event!
