This role focuses on working with our youngest 4-H members, in grades K-2, providing hands-on learning experiences that encourage curiosity and skill-building. Responsibilities include:
- Organize regular meetings and plan the yearly program and activities.
- Secure and distribute project materials and other resources for members and leaders; conduct group activities and events yearly program and activities.
- Provide experiences that promote positive youth development for all members.
- Provide interesting learning opportunities and activities for K-2 graders. Give immediate, positive feedback.
- Commit to young people and their growth in all areas, being sensitive to their individual abilities and needs.
